Terms & Conditions
1. Trade Execution: All trades are executed based on the finalized purchase order (PO) and market prevailing rates at the time of order confirmation.
2. Delivery Obligations: We strive for 100% on-time delivery; however, timelines are subject to force majeure events and regional logistics disruptions beyond our control.
3. Financial Settlement: Standard credit terms apply as per individual agreements. Delayed payments may attract statutory interest as per MSME guidelines.
4. Dispute Resolution: Any commercial disagreements shall be settled through arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
